LEAPS Labor Services is a Philippine-based contracting company offering a full range of mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil works to the industrial sector. Founded in 2013, the company was established to meet the growing demand for a competent, reliable, and safety-conscious workforce capable of supporting the expanding industrial base of the Visayas region. Born from the desire to solve real operational problems and act as a catalyst for growth, our core management team brought together a highly skilled and experienced workforce prepared to take on the most demanding industrial challenges — from routine plant maintenance to large-scale furnace overhauls and structural rehabilitation. Today, the company is recognized by its principal industrial client as a full-service provider of parts, fabrication, and skilled manpower for critical plant operations, supported by an in-house capability to fabricate and install parts in metal, FRP, and concrete.
